Why didn't I get my log-in info?
Check your spam or junk folder in your email. Because the login emails are auto-generated, they sometimes get filtered out of your inbox.
If you're a team member, check to make sure your leader put in your correct email address.
If you still can't find it, fill out the support form below. We'll be more than happy to help you log in.
How do I change my password?
Here's the current process for changing your password:
- Follow this link: https://members.worshipworkshop.com/password-reset/
- Enter your username or email and click "Reset My Password."
- Follow the instructions that arrive in your email inbox.*
*The email containing your instructions to change your password are autogenerated and sometimes get flagged as spam. Please check your spam/junk folder or your promotion tab (if using Gmail).
How do I update my credit card information?
Go to here or copy and paste this link into your browser:

When prompted for your email address, you must use the one you registered with.
How do I change my account information?
Go to the Contact Support form at the bottom of this page. Choose "Account Question" and let us know what changes you need.
If you need to change your credit card information, please use go here. When prompted for your email, please be sure to use the same email address that you registered with.
I didn't get my receipt...where is it?
Our system generates a receipt that is sent to you each month when your payment is made. The sender info of that email will look like this:
WorshipTeamCoach.com receipts@thrivecart.com
If you don't see it, chances are it was filtered to your junk or spam box.
Check there first. If you find it there, take a moment to "whitelist" that domain. Here's how to do that.
If you don't find your receipt in a filtered folder, please contact Support by completing the form below. Choose "Account Question" and let us know that you can't find it.
How do I put my team members in?
- Go to Leaders Only on the top menu.
- Hover or click to open up options.
- Click on Add Team Members.
- Watch the video BEFORE adding your team members.
- In the form below the video, enter their name and email.
- After you submit, you'll be given a prompt to add another team member.
Why can't I see later Paths and classes?
Worship Workshop is designed to walk a team member through a training and development journey. Classes need to be completed sequentially.
If you can't get access to a Path or class you believe you should have access to, please complete the support form below.
Where can I see my quiz results?
At the end of each quiz, your score is displayed. You also have the option of reviewing your questions.
After you move on from a quiz, you cannot re-access those answers. However, you may retake the quiz.
How do I cancel my Worship Workshop account?
NOTE: As of December 15, 2020, all cancellation requests must be submitted at least three business days prior to your next scheduled payment. Requests submitted after that deadline may be charged the next scheduled payment.
This helps allow our small admin team to keep evenings and weekends dedicated to their families. Thanks for understanding.

Please select the reason you're cancelling and give any feedback you wish.
Click "Submit."
We will process your cancellation before your next payment is due (if submitted at least three business in advance of your next payment).
